Seattle was great! Came back feeling pretty relaxed. We enjoyed ourselves being tourists. We walked a lot and surprisingly it went well. I did have to take a seat here and there but overall I think I did pretty good coz I thought I wouldn’t be able to walk around as much as I did.
One day this week, as I was getting ready for work, I felt pressure around my belly. I couldn’t figure out what it was. Last time I felt something like this, it was just gas. 😛 This time, it didn’t feel like it was coz I tried. I did my normal morning routine with some discomfort, went to work and had breakfast and surprisingly when I ate is when the pressure went away. When I didn’t eat, the discomfort/pressure came back. I was texting hubs what I was feeling and we weren’t sure if we should be concern or what? I kept going to the bathroom to check I wasn’t bleeding and thank God I wasn’t. But it was a little irritating not knowing what was causing the pressure. So I kept eating all the food I had for the morning – fruits, granola bar, cinnamon raisin break (Ezekiel brand) and then I had to go to the bathroom again but this time to take a #2… and voila! pressure gone for the rest of the day! It’s a little crazy what gas or relieving yourself can do to a pregnant belly! My husband and I laugh about it. My digestion system is just all out of whack! Has this happened to you? or is this just a me thing?
Another thing this week – I sure love my pregnant belly! Even though I’m feeling some discomfort here & there, I think it’s pretty amazing how our body changes when we have a little human growing inside! The miracle of life is just amazing!
