I think my walking pace has slowed down but that’s okay coz that means baby is growing and my body is adjusting accordingly 🙂
I had been experiencing heart palpitations so I had to get an ECG and wear a Holter monitor for 24 hours. It was an interesting experience. It became uncomfortable – itchy, towards the very end. I’m so glad I didn’t have to wear it for more than 24 hours. I don’t think I would’ve handled it well, as in I would’ve been a grumpy, irritated, frustrated, pregnant little lady. Good thing my appointment to return it/remove the monitor was first thing in the morning. It wouldn’t have been a good day if it stayed on any longer. I was told results would get to my doctor in 5 business days but I have a feeling that I won’t hear anything from them about it coz I don’t think it’s really anything. But you never know, right? That’s why I had to get a test done. Just in case.
There was a day or 2 where my hands felt so swollen. They looked like it too. But after walking for a few minutes in the office it would go back to normal which was good. But I had to walk quite often during the day when I was at work. When I was at home, just sitting on the couch, having my feet up helped a lot. Because of the swellingness that I’ve been feeling in my hands, I stopped wearing my wedding rings before it’s too late/painful to take them off myself. Stories have been shared about
I spent a lot of time napping this week! which I’ve really been enjoying, hence the inactivity in my blog lately & a selfie picture instead of my usual photo-op with my fur baby. I’ve really just wanted to relax, put my feet up and just do nothing.
